This two day program will introduce you to basic and advanced techniques and information about how to shop, prepare, store and utilise recipies for healthy delicious eating, without processed and refined products. Our world is changing and choosing to know  about the fundamentals of nourishment, whole foods, plant based dieets to increase your health and vitality will change your life, increase your energy and set you up with the basics of nutrition theory for  a healthy world. You will participate in the demonstration of appropriate cooking techniques to apply at home, taste, touch, see, feel, know and have fun whilst learning how to nourish yourself, your family and friends in a relaxed environment.

Classes between 8 - 12 people (minimum 8 people required)

Mischa is a Nutrional medicine Practitioner and Qualified chef.

Mischa spent several years of her childhood growing up in Laggan where she learned her first culinary skills at Willow Vale Mill. Here she also learned the value of nature, home grown produce, wholesome food and cooking from the heart. In her teenage years she gained her Trade paper in Commercial Cookery in Sydney.  Relocation to Melbourne saw her enrich her culinary skills further and begin a degree in Nutritional Medicine, which she completed in Brisbane.  

After settling in Millthorpe NSW she works as a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner and Chef  assisting people to treat disease and implement dietary support in their own homes.  Mischa also runs Nutritional based cooking classes in a multi modality clinic in Orange, and provides talks for community organisations on healthy eating.
